Our recruitment process to join Tic Group

1-ANALYSIS OF THE APPLICATION

Fill in the form, respecting the mandatory fields and the offer expiry date. Once the application has been received, if you are shortlisted, you will be called for a face-to-face interview.

2-TESTS

All shortlisted candidates will undergo a short battery of tests:
  • Technical Test
  • Psychotechnical test
  • Language tests

3- JOB INTERVIEW

You will receive an e-mail with the time and place of your interview. Interviews are conducted by the Rh TIC and the future line manager.

4-RESPONSE

At TIC, we place the utmost importance on our applicants: Whether the answer is positive or negative, our HR department will inform you as soon as possible.
