TIC organized a training session “Inspection of storage bins according to API 653” from 01 to 05 April 2019 at Ramada Plaza Gammarth, Tunis.

The training was led by a trainer with extensive experience in the field.

The aim of this training was to :

• Pass the API 653 Storage Tank Inspector certification exam
• Effective use of the main codes: API 650 and ASME B & PV Sections V & IX
• Perform all calculations required for API review
• Use API codes when inspecting and repairing tanks
• Review welding procedures (WPS / PQR) and welder performance
